Todd Kuhlman, of Oakley, age 49, has been identified as the northwest Kansas man killed in a tragic crash on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.

Authorities say Todd had lost a right front tire when heading south in his vehicle, after which the vehicle crossed a ditch and overturned. The vehicle landed on its top along a fence line.

The crash had happened at around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on K-25 in southwest Logan County, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Kuhlman was pronounced dead at the scene as he was not wearing a seatbelt when the incident occurred.

Tributes and Condolences From Loved Ones

Family and loved ones are utterly devastated as Todd was recognized as a good man.

”A good friend of mine Todd Kuhlman passed away today. Like usual he was helping somebody else.
Last Friday I was home for the first time in five weeks. I barely hit town and he called me and invited me over for dinner which I did.
Saturday morning he and his family and several friends and I rode in the Logan County parade in Oakley and went out for breakfast afterwards. Life is so short and so precious. Live gently but love hard….”Craig Wilson posted on Facebook.

”Prayers for the family of Todd Kuhlman. Just heard he was in a semi wreck this evening and lost his life….” Raven Storm Sporing posted on Facebook.

”The 2016, 8th Annual Buffalo Run was the first time I met Todd Kuhlman and his buddy Rick Shnell. Man we had a good time that year and plenty of times after that one for sure! Rest in peace Todd. We’ll party together again one day….” Neil O’Connell posted on Facebook.

Funeral arrangements will be communicated soon by the Kulman family. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
